Every retail client I have starts panicking about staff around the third week of September. They need eight extra people for six weeks and then nothing till next year. So they hire whoever walks in, spend a week teaching them the billing software, and by the time the person is any good, Diwali is done. Somebody should just run a trained temp pool. Same people coming back every year, already know the two or three POS systems every shop here uses, rented by the week. The shops would pay for it. They lose more than that on wrong bills and queues. Does this exist in Pune already and I have just not run into it?
