...anyway the oven is fine, it's the shelf above it that's the whole business. Two loaf tins, the good scraper, a jar of orange peel I keep meaning to use 🍊 and the thermometer that lies by four degrees so I just add four. Bought a proper cooling rack in December and it changed more than any recipe did. Bread was going soggy underneath and I thought that was just how Mumbai is. Still using the same wooden spoon from when my mother ran this kitchen, the handle's gone dark at one end. My wife says the shelf looks like a mess. It is a mess 😄 I know where everything is though.
