Send emailThere is no contact form on this page, no support chat and no phone queue. If a screen anywhere in hudr.net tells you to “contact us”, it means that address. Below is which subject line to use, what to put in the message, and the handful of things that are handled faster inside the app than over email.
Which subject line to use
Start the subject with one of these five words. It is the whole routing system — there is nothing clever behind it, so the word does the work.
- Support — anything that is not working: sign-in, your account, bugs, posts, reels, stories, communities, jobs, profile reviews, the wallet, payouts, direct messages and message requests.
- Report — abuse or a policy violation you cannot report inside the app: you are logged out or have no account, you saw it off-site in an embedded post or in the reviews widget on a business’s own website, you are locked out of the account concerned, someone is impersonating you, or someone is in immediate danger. Always include the link — without one we usually cannot find the content.
- Privacy — a copy of the data we hold about you (there is no self-serve export; we do it by hand), a correction, and questions about the security log or your signup IP. Write from the email address on your account; if you write from another one we will ask you to prove the account is yours first.
- Advertising — anything the self-serve tools do not cover: a larger buy, a placement that is not in the form, billing, or a live campaign misbehaving. Include your business account username and the campaign name. Everyday campaigns you run yourself, from your business account under Campaigns & Ads, funded from your hudr.net wallet — pause or delete a campaign and the budget it has not spent yet goes back to the wallet.
- Press — your outlet, what you are working on and your deadline. hudr.net has no separate press desk, so a message with a deadline in it is prioritised over one without. We do not comment on individual accounts, moderation decisions or member data, whoever is asking.
What to put in the message
Four lines at the top of the email save a round trip:
- Who you are — the email address on your hudr.net account, or your username.
- What happened — what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- A link — to the post, profile, community, job, review or message you mean.
- A screenshot — if the problem is something you can see.
Write in whatever language you are comfortable with. We read English reliably; anything else may take longer.
We do not send an automatic acknowledgement, and we do not publish a reply time.
Nothing in hudr.net measures one, so any number here would be invented. Your message will not bounce and it will not auto-reply — that is normal, not a failure. If you need to chase it, reply to your own email rather than starting a new thread; it keeps the history together.
Faster in the app than by email
Some things reach the right place instantly if you do them in hudr.net, and slowly if you email them, because an email has to be copied into the same queue by hand.
- Report a post, profile, story, community, group chat or review — open the ⋯ menu on the thing itself and choose Report. That files it straight into the moderation queue, attached to the exact item. There is no report button on an individual comment or on a single direct message: report the post the comment sits under, or the account behind it.
- Appeal a suspension — sign in and use your suspension page. Do not appeal by email: an appeal filed there lands on the same screen a moderator uses to reactivate the account, while an email lands in a general inbox with nothing tying it to you. You cannot upload files there, so link to your proof — a profile, a news page, a company page.
- Forgotten password — reset it by email. We never see your password and cannot set one for you.
- Username, email address, password, privacy, blocking — all in Settings. Unwanted messages from people you are not connected to land in message requests rather than your inbox; decline or block from there.
- A verification badge — Settings → Get verified, and the verification rules.
- Earnings, streams and payouts — Settings → Monetize, and your wallet.
- Common questions — the Help Center and the FAQ answer a lot of this faster than we can.
Reviews written about you
Reviews use the same report button and the same moderation queue as everything else, with one difference. The first report the reviewed profile owner files against a given review hides that review from the public and takes it out of the public rating immediately, for at most 72 hours, while the team looks. That is once per review. Any other report — anyone else, or a second report on the same review — queues for the team and hides nothing. There is no automatic takedown.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account in Settings signs you out on every device and stops your profile, posts, comments and followers being visible to anyone on hudr.net. You cannot undo it yourself. It is not a wipe of our database — the Privacy Policy lists what is kept afterwards.
One thing to know before you press that button: if you fill in the optional “why are you leaving” box, we keep what you wrote together with your account details — name, username, email, phone, signup date, follower and post counts, IP address and browser — as feedback. Leave it blank if you would rather we did not.
What we cannot do by email
- Set or tell you a password. We never see it. Use password reset. Nobody from hudr.net will ever ask you for your password or a login code — if someone does, they are not us.
- Hand over another person’s data. Not their email address, not their IP, not who is behind an account — whoever is asking, and for whatever reason.
- Act on a report with no link. We have to be able to open the thing you are reporting.
- Reverse a suspension. That goes through the suspension page, not this inbox.
Who you are contacting
hudr.net is operated by Hudr.net, a business registered in India. Email is the channel we handle member correspondence on, including anything formal — we do not publish a postal address for enquiries. If you need our registered details for a legal notice, ask by email and we will provide them.
